It holds data fine but the computer never registers it and it always somehow unplugs itself while it's backing itself up. DON'T BUY. All it does is piss me off.
For its size and price this is a great buy. Its so lightweight and and makes for easy storage of all your information. Also it runs my apps and games perfectly saving me the space on my computer harddrive. I was able to track shipping of my product right to my door which is a great service.
I bought this drive because it uses ONE port, doesn't need a power adapter, has cache, and is small. Its tiny, i have coasters in my living room with larger footprints. anyway, it copies at 30MBps.
Mine generates nearly no heat at all. as in a gigabyte in 35 seconds. All of those things held true, I found no unwelcome surprises.
megaBYTES. The cable is about 6" long, but it is a standard mini-usb, so you probably have 3 of them in your house anyway. I formatted this NTFS with a large cluster size.i forget.
No i'm not kidding. I know this is a total scatterbrain review, but what can i say.choosing the right product on the first try kinda tickles me.
Will work with any type of operating system including Mac, and I'm almost positive you can store any type of file. Very comparable to Western Digital. This portable hard drive by Toshiba is well worth the money. Once again it's well worth the money. I've had no problems whatsoever. Works excellent. If you do decide to buy it, make sure you get a case. Amazon has a pretty good one they're offering along with it for a few extra dollars.
Super Rapido de instalar, viene con un software para hacer backup, de muy facil uso. Trabaja excelente en PC y MAC. Es tan liviano que no pensarias que tendrias alli 400gb, bueno 372gb, lo demas se lo reserva el sistema operativo. Muy silencio y la presentación del producto muy eleganteExcelente compra, volveria a comprar uno de estos.
